Cien Rios LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use OkapiFind for navigation and location-finding purposes, subject to this agreement and the applicable app store terms.

Navigation and Location Disclaimer

OkapiFind provides directions and saved-place features for convenience only. Routes, distances, saved locations, and instructions may be inaccurate or unavailable due to GPS, device, network, or map limitations.

• You are responsible for your safety while using the app.
• You must obey all traffic laws and posted signs.
• Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while driving or operating vehicles.
• Do not rely on OkapiFind as your sole navigation method.

Voice Guidance and Saved Places

Voice guidance is optional and user-controlled. Spoken instructions may be delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. Saved places and parking locations are handled according to the OkapiFind Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for illegal purposes, attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the app, or use the app in a manner that interferes with public safety or traffic.

No Warranty

OkapiFind is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of navigation, GPS availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cien Rios LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss of data, incorrect navigation guidance, missed destinations, delays, or damages arising from use of the app.
